[patch] got_signal should be volatile

Hello Ken,

attached is a small patch to make "got_signal" volatile. My local SVN history 
says it's a patch from Debian created in 2003. This should make signal 
handling more robust in case the value of got_signal gets cached
in a register. Applies fine to cyrus-imapd 2.3.12p2.
