We're trying to set up Toltec Connector with Cyrus. Toltec requires
Cyrus 2.2 with the ANNOTATEMORE patch

Turns out we're already using Cyrus 2.3. I was wondering if the
ANNOTATEMORE patch has been merged into the 2.3 branch or not.
Wouldn't want to downgrade.
