Which mail client to use with Cyrus IMAP?

Hi,

I have installed Cyrus IMAP mail server on my machine (Linux
Fedora Core 4). I want to use some mail client that is open
source and is written in C. Can you please guide me which mail
clients are compatible with cyrus IMAP? and, how can I
configure that client for Cyrus?
