#2873, #3001, and #3058 are listed as blockers, and don't have any 
patches as of yet.  Two of these appear to be platform-specific.

I'd like to get RC2 out in some form this week and announce it widely. 
After about a week in the field, I'd like to either release 2.3.13 or a RC3.
