[CMU Ballroom Dance Club]

Hey Dancers,

We hope everyone is having a fabulous Winter break! Carnegie Classic
<https://carnegieclassic.com/> (the ballroom competition we’re hosting at
CMU) is only one month away, and we’re happy to announce we’ll once again
be including SHOUT-OUTS in our program.

You might be asking, what is a shout-out? A shout-out is an encouraging
note written to competitors by friends and family, usually accompanied by a
picture, that will be printed in the Carnegie Classic program. Shout-outs
are a fun and easy way for friends and family to show their support for you!

Quarter-page shout-outs are $20 and half-page shout-outs are $40. The
program booklet page dimensions will be 5.5’’ x 8.5’’.  Some examples of
shout-outs:


We need your help to spread word of the shout-outs!

   1.

   Please forward this email to friends and family who do not receive club
   affiliated emails.
   2.

   Shout-outs are available to purchase using this form: Shout-Out Ordering

   3.

   The deadline to submit and order shout-outs is Wednesday, January 31st.
