Hello Ballroom Friends,
CONGRATS dancers on winning team match at Penn State!!! We had so much fun
at this comp, and can’t wait for the next one (Nationals!)
As we’re entering block 2 of the semester, this week would be a great time
to bringing new friends. We’ll be teaching new newcomer lessons – American
Tango and American Rumba – during the veteran-taught time period!
Even better… we’re entering Scotch Ball season, hurrah! Read on for more on
CMU Ballroom’s big social dance event!

Slack:
CMU Ballroom’s opening up our slack channel to the public! In the past, our
slack channel’s been reserved for dues-paying members only, but we’ve
decided to make the invite link available to everyone from now on.
What happens in the slack? The slack channel is a groupchat where we talk
all things ballroom. Ex: coordinating groups for dance outings, finding
people to practice with for the weekend, or reporting a lost item.
Join the slack by clicking this link!
