[CMUBDC] Ballroom Dance Club - Week of April 24th

[CMU Ballroom Dance Club]

Hello ballroom friends,

Good luck to everyone preparing for finals as the semester wraps up! This
will be our last week of regular lessons for the Spring.

For those remaining in Pittsburgh during the summer, we may offer
veteran-taught
summer lessons on Mondays and Wednesdays. If you are interested in either
attending or teaching summer lessons, please fill out this form
<https://forms.gle/jyzgwAnnpGLoGJcP6>. Practice space on Monday/Wednesday
will also be available throughout the summer.

Our annual Spring Showcase is this Monday, April 24th during the usual
social time (9:00 PM)! Stay after lessons to watch some great performances
from many of our club members.

CMU Ballroom has a tradition of writing notes to all graduating/departing
members of the club, which will be distributed at a potluck on Saturday,
May 6. If you are either a graduating member or willing to help out with
the potluck, please fill out this form <https://forms.gle/oYHuLPn38mAVGKjk6>
by Monday, April 24. If you’d like to write notes to graduating members,
Abby will have materials at lessons for the rest of the semester.

CMUBDC is considering ordering custom graduation stoles for our members. If
you are interested in purchasing one, please fill out this form
<https://forms.gle/GKdEUuDWLDtr4DUm9>! The more we purchase, the less
expensive it is per stole.

If you borrowed a team jacket or other outfit (e.g., vest or dress) from
the closet, please return it this week! (Shoes are fine to keep.) Officers
will be available during lesson time to take people up to the closet.
