[CMUBDC] Soliciting Feedback: Latin Coach Review

[CMU Ballroom Dance Club]

Dear CMUBDC Family,

We continuously strive to create an inclusive, informative, and positive
environment. Our coaches are an integral part of that environment, and we
hold them to high expectations, formalized in this document

To that extent, the board felt it was important to have a process for
reviewing and re-hiring coaches in the event that a current coach is
inadequately meeting these goals. Throughout the semester we have been
developing this process, and it was recently approved and added to the club

Following this process, the board has voted to initiate a review of our
Latin instructor, Rozana Sweeney. For this, we need your help. We are
requesting anonymous feedback from any current or former members of our
community on Rozana Sweeney's performance as our coach and her interactions
with our club and team. We welcome all feedback and encourage you to share
the form widely so that we may get a good assessment. Our team has a long
and storied past and a bright and shining future ahead of it. We take
processes such as this one very seriously to ensure that our team receives
the highest quality instruction and that our environment is safe and
welcoming to all.
