Hello Ballroom Friends,

With the cold weather this week, we're bringing back some color into our

General Announcements



Late Rounds: Monday this week, 10:15pm. Want to get better fast? Dance
more, and do more rounds. These rounds help you get ready for competitions,
practice what you’ve learned, and will take your dancing to the next level.
We will do all 4 styles!



Membership Dues: $40 for students. $80 for non-students. Cash or check.



Mentoring groups created: For those of you that have paid dues, we are
having a mentorship program running for the semester, split among different
houses hosted by our veterans. If you are not currently in a mentor group,
it is because you haven’t paid your dues. Pay your dues to Arthur and he
will add you to a group.



Upcoming Events

   -

   *Holiday Gift Exchange/Potluck*: As per tradition, we will be organizing
   a *Ballroom Secret Santa*! We will have a holiday party/potluck at 1900
   Wightman on *12/8 (finals reading day) time tbd (but likely sometime in
   the evening)*. More details forthcoming, but for now, please sign up at this

    by Wednesday 11/24 if you would like to participate in the gift
   exchange so we can make the pairings. When you sign up at the link, you
   should be able to add your interests/stuff you want to a wishlist. We
   highly recommend adding something because it makes gifts more personalized

8:20 PM Newcomer Foxtrot (Veteran Lesson)

9:00 PM Social Dancing!!

9:30 PM Newcomer/Intermediate Salsa (Professional Lesson)

10:15 PM Late Rounds (All 4 styles)



Wednesday, November 24

*No lessons*, have a happy Thanksgiving!

Practice spaces

   -

   Friday, 4:30-6:30pm, Fifth and Clyde Residence Hall, Wellness Room
   -

   Saturday, 5:00-8:00pm, William Pitt Student Union Room 501.

You must sign up here <https://forms.gle/8xmo3i3yaspt41kk9> (just once, not
weekly) in order to attend Saturday practice due to Pitt rules.
