alice-teacher Trouble with Alice into Netbeaans using Plugin

We get this at CCAC on two of our projects but all of the rest of Alice projects convert just fine. The only thing unique about the projects is that we have written our own new methods in these two projects.  Do you have new methods in your project too?  Have not heard back from CMU yet about this.
