alice-teacher Trouble with Alice into Netbeaans using Plugin

Anyone seen this lately?  I was receiving this error a couple of years ago,
i think - and it resolved with the new plugin or something.  Now it has
reared its ugly head again and I cannot find any resources about options to
fix it.

When trying to bring the a3p file into NetBeans, it starts the process, but
does not finish - and it gives me the error that the Folder is not empty.
The folder was empty, until the process started ... hmmmmm...

I have removed and re-downloaded and installed the plug in - which did not
fix the problem.

Windows 10, Java 1.8, Alice 3.4
