alice-teacher Merging separate Files in Alice 3 to create 1 story

Hello,Some of my 8th graders created separate files to create scenes in Alice 3.  Is there a process to merge the files into one Alice 3 file to complete it?  Would they copy the code but need to reset the scene?
Thank you for any clarification on this process.
