alice-teacher blank billboards Alice 3

The students computers are using 3.2.5 and that is where the billboard is
causing the issue.  Alice 2.2 is on the same computer and the billboards are
working in that version.
My laptop has both of the same versions loaded and I have not had the
problem the students are having with the billboards.

Does Alice 3 share files with Alice  2?  If so, why would I have an issue on
one system and not the other if we are running the same Alice versions and
the same java? The only difference is the operating system the students have
IOS 10.7.5 and I have 10.9. Would the operating systems cause this issue?

Heidi,
It looks like you are using an older version of Alice (2.04 ?) If this is
true, would you download the latest version of Alice 2 available at
http://www.alice.org/index.php?page=downloads/download_alice2.4 (2.4.2), try
it, and let us know if you continue to have problemsŠ
