alice-teacher blank billboards Alice 3

We tried 3 different pictures with different resolutions and smaller file
sizes thinking that could be causing the problem. We still got the same
result. We even changed the resolution on their monitors to see if that
helps. Still not working. Any other suggestions?

I assume when you dragged the billboard into the scene, you were allowed to
choose the image you imported from the frontPaint properties menu (see
attached screenshot)? And that you set the back paint property  to some
color?

What was the resolution of the images you imported (you see that mine in the
screen shot is 1363 X 828. I have had this issue with some images with too
high a resolution, and they would appear on some machines, but not on
others, depending on monitor settings.
