alice-teacher Resource sharing

Hi,
considering attachments, files, etc I figure out that the free spaces like
Dropbox and alternatives (Google etc.) are not what we want to have. First
of all we need a place to upload our attachments with descriptions. This
sound simple. But we have to protect individual attachments against
removing others. Uploaded files should be depend of the owners. Only owner
should decide to remove or not his own files. Looks simple, but needs
system and database.

I did also think about how to convince Oracle to contribute us a part of
its Exadata space. I had a conversation with the local Oracle support, but
I'm too small to get any kind of feedback :)

On the other hand I believe we will find out something, because we are
connected as never before.

Regards
Matjaz
