alice-teacher world speed multiplier seldom used property

The speed multiplier speeds up (or down) execution of all following statements by the factor argument.

In the attached screen shot, you see that I have garfield walk in one loop cycle, then I speed him up by a factor of 4 in the next loop cycle, and then i slow him down to his original speed for the last loop cycle.

I have also attached a copy of the world for you to play with.
