alice-teacher He Builder and She-Builder

Because of modesty concerns of some members of the Alice Community, both in this country and around the world, Alice 2 now has a checkbox in the Preferences menu to allow users to show/hide He/She builder in Gallery.  We have also recreated some of the He/She builder's textures.
