alice-teacher Alice 2.4 hebuilder, shebuilder missing?

Hi,

I can't find Alice he/shebuilder in Alice 2.4 or it doesn't exist? In this
case I'd like to copy it from gallery of Alice 2.3 - but what shoud I copy?
