alice-teacher Removing Characters

Hi-

A bit of a strange question...... One I wish I didn't have to ask..

I work in a religious school and I would like to use alice as part of the
curriculum.   I know that I will get objections from particular characters
that can be placed in the scenes, and will likely not even get permission
to use alice.  I was wondering if there was a way that I can delete
particular people as possible choices?  I couldn't find all the files where
they are stored.
