Subject: alice-teacher Missing He/She Builder in Alice 2.4?

So I loaded Alice 2.4 on half my machines yesterday. When the students came in today to do a project they could not locate the He/She Builder. In version 2.3 it was located in People, after the Zombie. It was the last choice option.

Can someone please let me know if I'm just missing something?
