Are you sure you vehicled the instrument to the beetle and not the beetle to the instrument? There is a difference.
You should be in the instrument object properties when you vehicle it to the beetle.

Subject: alice-teacher moving objects together

I am in chapter 4 section 4-2 where the beetleband is being created. How critical is it for the instrument to move with the beetle? I thought about having my students download the one that comes with the textbook and the instruments are already there with each of the characters. When I tried it on my own, and downloaded sounds and created the method where they move up and down, the instrument does not move with them.
If it is something that really needs to be used, could someone help me out with how to do this. I did go to vehicle properties and put each instrument with each beetle, but when the world is played the instrument does not go up with the beetle.
Thanks for all your help.
Debbie
