You can record the speech (must be wav or mp3 for Alice 2) and then import
it (look on the file pull-down menu) and add it under Sound. Sound property
is at bottom of the options for each object.  Note that you cannot edit the
length inside Alice -- the entire clip will play, so you need to do any
editing outside of Alice.
