As a gentle reminder, try to discern whether a reply needs to be sent to the entire list, or whether it could just as well be sent to an individual in the list. For example, if you wish to simply thank someone for a reply to a question or when you wish to be added to some type of contact list.

Also, in the interest of space, in your reply you may wish to edit the message, quoting the relevant portions of a message, and perhaps removing much of the reply-thread at the end of the message you are replying to.
