alice-teacher Resources for exam questions?

Beth, I don't know if you received any replies to this question. I had
asked the same question about printing in black and white at an Alice
meeting at SIGCSE last year. I've tried out a few tips I received and
tried a few ideas of my own:
1. Use the snow world template and change the atmosphere color to
white (no color).
2. After you take your screenshot, increase the contrast using an
imaging program (I use Preview on Mac).
3. Use the photocopier's "photo" rather than "text" setting.
