alice-teacher random number question

Is there any way to show a random number?
I am trying to play a simple game with random numbers and I would like to
know what is coming up.  The number (0 - 100) most of the time is less than
5.  Attached is the code.  If the number <5 (should actually be <50) the cow
is appears green else the cow is blue.

What am I doing wrong?
