Dear Fellow Penn Avenuer,

It is with mixed emotions that I write to let you know that Tiffany
Priester's last day with Campus Services is on Friday, November 4th. We are
excited for Tiffany as she moves on to a new role with Student Activities as
a Financial Assistant. Having personally worked with Tiffany since 2002
when she started at CMU with Housing & Dining Services, I am confident that
her background experience in accounting, procedural documentation, customer
service and student engagement, will allow for her continued success.

Although we don't typically share this news with the entire Penn Avenue
building, in this case, I think it's important to do so since Tiffany was
instrumental in creating many office and security procedures at Penn Avenue
when she joined our team in 2007, as the first Campus Services
Administrative Coordinator. At that time she was charged with making the
front reception area of Penn Avenue a more central operation, with
responsibility for creating a more cohesive work environment for all of the
operations housed at 6555 Penn Avenue. To note a few of her
accomplishments, Tiffany created the Penn Avenue d-List and staff
directory, she took lead in creating relationships with FMS and Telecom to
enhance services, and she created and documented many procedures, which are
still being used and will have long lasting benefits for the building.

Please join me in congratulating Tiffany as she begins the next journey in
her career at Carnegie Mellon!

Regards,

Lorrie
