[6555-penn] Penn Ave BBQ/Potluck - Tues, Sept 29th - 11:30am-1pm

It's about time for another Penn Ave BBQ/Potluck luncheon!  Fall is
(un-officially) here, football season has begun (Go Steelers!), and one of
our directors will be leaving Penn Ave in early October for a new position
at Carnegie Mellon.  All perfect reasons to have another BBQ/potluck!

Tuesday, September 29th starting at 11:30am in the Penn Ave conference room
(#151).  

Burgers and charcoal for the grill are being provided (thanks Ryan and
Lorrie!).  All traditional BBQ sides are needed! Sign-up sheet is available
in the kitchen.  Wear your favorite football team gear and come ready to eat
and relax!  This luncheon will also be a time for us to say goodbye to Ruth
Staudacher, who will be leaving Campus Services in early October to join the
university Financial Team as Manager of Budget and Financial Planning. Ruth
will be leaving Penn Ave and working out of the UTDC, so let's come together
to wish her well in her new role.

Dan Tyson and RJ Schreiner have again agreed to be our "grill guys" and cook
up the burgers and hot dogs.thanks guys!  Cooking starts around 10:30am, and
all side dishes, desserts, drinks, etc can be put out on the conference
table at 11am that morning.
