[6555-penn] Building alarm

All,

This is just a reminder that whomever is the last person to leave our
building at the end of the day must set the building security alarm on their
way out. We've had a number of incidents where our building is not armed
when CPS and/or a staff person shows up in the early morning.

We have staff members who arrive for work very early in the morning, and
when the building alarm isn't set, it usually causes a call to Campus Police
and for those people to feel unsafe in their work environment.

If you are unsure of how to set the building alarm, please see me.

If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Thanks for your attention in this matter.
