[6555-penn] Penn Ave AC update

All,

The building AC system was repaired late yesterday afternoon, and is
functioning normally again. One of the motors had to be replaced, and the
other 2 motors were also serviced to ensure they were working to capacity.
Everything should be back to normal working order again.  Thanks for your
patience over the past couple of days.
