[6555-penn] UPDATE: Penn Ave air conditioning

FMS was not able to get a new AC motor today - it is being shipped overnight
mail, and will be here tomorrow.  FMS anticipates the new motor to be
installed and working properly at some point tomorrow.  For now, FMS is
attempting to get 'some' part of the AC motor working today, to get some
cool air flowing through the building.  However, it is very likely that the
AC may be completely down for the entire day today, and for a good part of
the day tomorrow.  FMS is working to resolve the problem as quickly as
possible. 

We apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate your patience while we
work with FMS to resolve the issue.

All,

FMS responded to our calls this morning, regarding our building AC not
working today. They have determined that the AC motor needs replaced, and
they are out purchasing a new motor as we speak. They believe the AC
'should' be fixed today, however they are not able to determine what time
today it may be back to working order.  We requested box fans be brought to
our building in the mean time, however the FMS repairmen were already on
their way to Penn Ave when we put the phone request in for fans to be
delivered.  Since the FMS guys are already working to solve the actual
problem, it appears we'll need to suffer without fans until the AC is back
to working order again.  

I'll send out another email to the building once FMS informs me that the
motor has been replaced and the AC is back to normal working order
