[6555-penn] Visitor Parking Passes

All,

I now have the visitors parking passes, for our guests and vendors who are
parked in our lot.  These passes are only good for ONE DAY at a time.  For
each day that the guest or vendor is here, they must get a visitors pass to
display on their car.  Campus Police began patrolling our lot a couple of
weeks ago, and have ticketed many cars parked in our lot that did not have
CMU Parking permit displayed.  

For those of you who have visitors coming to our building for meetings,
please try to mention this to them ahead of time, so that they remember to
ask for a visitors pass on the day that they are here.  I have also posted a
sign on our front door informing our guests of this policy, reminding them
to check in with the reception desk to get a visitors pass.
