[6555-penn] Coffee machine fixed

All,

Old Time Coffee came and repaired our coffee machine (a sensor was broken).
I was told that the hot water lever should again dispense hot water, the
pots should fill up all of the way when you brew a new pot of coffee, and
the green light now comes on when it's ready to brew a new pot.  

It appears to be working correctly again.
