[6555-penn] PENSKE truck needs to be moved immediatley

All,

There is a PENSKE truck parked in a handicapped space in our parking lot, by
the loading dock.  This truck needs to be moved immediately, since it
accommodates parking for one of our ASTM workers.  

If you know who is responsible for this truck, please inform them to move it
ASAP.  ASTM will be calling parking services to have the truck removed if it
is not moved immediately.
