Build openslide 4.0.0 with openslide-java 0.12.4 on Ubuntu 22.04

Thanks for the quick answer and for the links! No I don't have a specific
issue, I just wanted to ask if some type of guide was available to follow
along to create a correct build avoiding any type of problem.
For now, the dependecies lists seems to be enough.
