I think the original RHEL 7 package of OpenJPEG is broken, which means that
there isn't any working version in RHEL 7 to downgrade to.  It's probably
easiest to install OpenJPEG 2.1.0, but then you'll also need to build
OpenSlide from source.

If you have a Red Hat support contract, please ask them to fix this bug:
