A little QT app using openslide lib just for testing

Greetings, list!

Thanks for bug report. I understand your concern that .MRXS files should
be read in Windows too, but please try to understand that my little
Slidewalk app knows nothing about file formats. It only sees Openslide
interface and loads top level image.

I just downloaded a .MRXS file and it indeed shows empty image when opened
in Slidewalk in _Windows_. In Linux it works fine, though.

Also, when empty image is shown in Windows, I'm getting this error in text
console:

Openslide-CRITICAL **: Expected 0xFF byte at end of JPEG data

which is very weird: why would jpeg image behave differently in Linux
and Windows.

Since I'm assigned exclusively to zeiss .zvi file format support, at
this point I can't
take responsibility for deciding to spend time debugging .mrxs backend.

Knowing that there is someone already working on debugging .mrxs I think
it is up
to Yves to decide who should take care of this bug.

Best regards,

-Alexandre Kharlamov
