[oe-sync] Rescheduling next OEC Progress Call

Dear all,
As discussed last week, we have to re-schedule the next progress call on 26 November due to Thanksgiving.

Here are two alternatives:
Monday, 23 November, 12pm - 1:30pm EDT  /  18:00 - 19:30 CET
Tuesday, 1 December, 9.30am - 11am EDT  / 15:30 - 17:00 CET (this is the day of the student demonstration in Pittsburgh. Those travelling to Pittsburgh could join the call from there)

Please let me know until Thursday this week what alternative might work with you. I will then issue the new invite on Friday this week.
