[oe-sync] Cancellation of Progress Call and new invites...

Dear all, As discussed I have cancelled the weekly Progress Call as the recent change of the meeting time did not get to everybody (Outlook problem). I will now send a proper new invite.

Additional, as agree yesterday we shift the Progress Call on 1 October as quite a few participants are not available. The call will now take place on Monday 5 October at the beginning of the weekly technical call.

I hope that makes sense to all of you...
