netreg-devel: netreg and mysql5

Matt,

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner....  We're absolutely interested
in the necessary changes.  MySQL 5 support is a high priority right
now for me, so I'd like to get all the change necessary integrated
before the next release.  (And I'd like to get that done soon...)
