netreg-devel: netreg and mysql5

I've been working on getting netreg working against mysql5 - largely due
to Frank's (very usefuk) tips on
http://erwin.wpi.edu/~fs/netreg/mysql-5.html

So far its all looking good, and I've also come across a few other cases
where extra quoting is needed - like, for example

WHERE from_building = $building

gives errors in mysql5, the $building bit needs to be quoted.


Anyone interested in these patches/diffs ?
