Creating users with Cyradm

I downloaded the v2.2 code from cvs because I want the virtual domain
support. When I try to run this:

cyradm localhost

it just hangs and this shows up in my log:

It looks like it is trying to use kerberos to auth, but I compiled with
out kerberos.

I know I'm probably not giving enough information. Any ideas?
