alice-teacher Unable to run alice 2.3

My Alice 2.3 starts, but hangs on loading... It runs on Win XP, SP3,
Core2Duo, 2GHz, 3GBRAM, 1280x720 resolution screen, Java 6.31. I must end
the process in task manager.

Do someone have some suggestion what to do?
