alice-teacher Fast and slow, good and bad

Hi,

I've got a group of 12 students (pupil) in age range between 13 and 15 y.o.
One is extremely fast and clever, one is extremely slow and not clever.
Both are big enthusiastic about working with Alice. I'd like to figure out
what do you, as teacher recommend me, or what is your advice how to work
with both? My workshops are not mandatory and without marks.
