alice-teacher I cant figure out why my help function is looping

Can anyone figure out why this help function is looping?

Basically I am making a small town in alice3.1. I am layout the ground work and got this very strange loop where I have no loop in my help function. I am working in parallel with my class trying to stay one step ahead. Any help would be appreciated. I have no choice but to use 3.1. That's why my buildings aren't really buildings yet.
