This workshop is focused on identifying challenges to be overcome for effectively delivering efficient healthcare and  to the masses. Specifically, we will provide a forum to discuss research directions, share experience and insights from both academia and industry.  The anticipated outcome of the workshop is an assessment of the state of the art in the area, as well as identification of critical next steps to pursue in this topic.



Topics of interest, include, but are not restricted to:



*    Electronic Health Record Management & Analytics



*    Privacy Issues in  Integrating  Distributed Health Information



*    Clinical Information Management and Analysis



*    Personalized  Healthcare



*    Broadband/Mobile based Telemedicine Delivery solutions



*    Procedures and to ensure timely reporting & evaluation of clinical risks



*    Metrics to measure the clinical risks and quality improvement



*    Share Case Studies, successes, lessons learnt, datasets etc

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

We welcome original, unpublished manuscripts of upto 6 pages (2 column format) inclusive of all references and figures.

Vision papers and descriptions of work-in-progress are welcomed as short paper submissions (4 pages).

Papers must be written in English, and formatted according  to ACM SIG proceedings templates.
