[Storage-research-list] Flash, Mram, MEMS - what are the trends?

Hello,

Are there good pointers you'd recommend on where the Flash, Mram, MEMS, 
(i.e., alternative technologies to disks) are headed? Also, I am 
interested in best practices for using any of the above (most likely 
Flash, the others are still in the design phase I suspect) in current 
storage systems. Any pointers are appreciated.
