[SIGBOVIK] First Extended Deadline 3/8

[SIGBOVIK Announcements]

Due to a conflict with another conference deadline, and due to the
fact that we had always planned to have at least two deadline
extensions, the First Extended SIGBOVIK Deadline will be March 8.

We remind all SIGBOVIK-interested parties that we have multiple
deadlines to encourage multiple papers; awards may be granted for
submission to all three deadlines.
