[SCA-Dance] Italian dance workshop suggestions

On the assumption that what you want to teach is the dances most likely to be encountered at a ball, rather than the ones I think are the prettiest or the easiest, my list (based on Middle Kingdom events) would be:
Rostiboli
Petit Riens
Gelosia
Gracca Amorosa
Contrapasso in due
Bizzaria d'Amore

your top three 15th C. and top three 16th C. Italian dances? (I have some
