Ok, I cannot explain this effectively.  We know that we don't want to
discourage new dancers.

I'll let other, better linguists, explain the idea / concept.  :)

*But bare in mind, KWDS isn't just for beginner dancers either.*   And for
the "experts", this is their main opportunity to learn from each other, to
bring info back to their respective groups.

Ok, I'm just repeating myself.  Anyway, it is the decision of future KWDS
autocrats as to what they would like to do regardless.
