Greetings,
For those who will be making the trip to Saratoga Springs in June, I would ask that you consider what you wish to teach in the next few weeks. While a few of you have already submitted classes, this missive is for those of you I have only spoken briefly with or have not yet reached. At this time we have quite a bit of schedule space available. We are looking for classes that will "teach the usual" dances as well as ones new to most. We are also making time and space available for non-traditional class formats including, but not limited to, lectures, round tables, step workshops, etc. If you have any research in dance that you wish to share, even if it is not focused on teaching dance choreography, I would encourage you to submit it, as I am looking to find the space and time to share it.
The way to submit classes is via kwds.org ...go to the link on the left to "Submit a Class" and follow the prompts. Do not be alarmed when your entry is not immediately posted as it will be reviewed first. If you have any questions or wish to discuss a prospective entry first feel free to reply directly to me, and we will go from there. I hope to have most of the class submissions within the next two months so a schedule can be started. Much thanks to Gwommy for creating the web submissions process.
Best,Wilhelm Dancing! Dancing! Dancing!
(Please feel free to forward as desired to lists and persons who may be interested.)
